Shipping & Delivery

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship only within the United States, including all 50 states and the District of Columbia. We do not ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations at this time.


2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 7–10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive a notification when your order has shipped, along with tracking information.

Please note: During high volume periods (e.g., holidays, promotions), order processing may take slightly longer.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on:

  • Package weight and dimensions

  • Shipping destination

  • Selected shipping method

Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly communicated on our website.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.


5. Delays and Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues (e.g., weather, labor shortages, logistics disruptions)

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier and, if necessary, offer a replacement or refund.
